FACET Retreat General Information
Date: Friday, May 20 through Sunday, May 22, 2011
Location: Sheraton Indianapolis City Center, 31 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204
Parking: We have negotiated parking at the Sheraton Hotel. The Sheraton parking garage is located just west of the hotel off Ohio Street. Please park there and you will receive your parking voucher when you check in with FACET. This will allow for you to have in and out privileges throughout the weekend at this garage.

Saturday Evening: We will be ending early enough on Saturday evening to be able to enjoy some of the activities in Indianapolis. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of some things that will be taking place that evening (Saturday Events).
Registration: Not Available Currently; Will be hosted through IU Conference Services
Registration Fees: $175 per member; waived for new members
Included: shared room with another FACET member (Friday and Saturday night), all meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), and professional development workshops
Single Room Fees: $75 per night (Please Note: Single rooms are first come, first serve. If we are unable to accommodate all single room requests, you will be notified well in advance.)
Guest Policy: FACET welcomes families. Families may come by simply choosing to have a single room and providing FACET with names if you would like to have nametags for your guest(s).
Meals: Meals are included for all registered guests. However, meals are not included for the unregistered guest(s). Guest meals will need to be paid in advance. If you would like your guest(s) to join us for meals, those meals can be purchased through the second page of registration (after you have said yes to accommodations and submitted the first page). Otherwise, downtown Indianapolis has several restaurants within walking distance where meals may be purchased on your own.

Payment: IU Conference Services accepts IU account numbers and credit/debit cards.
All fees incurred for registration and optional add on's are to be paid upon registration or your registration will NOT come to FACET.
Cancellation: Due to costs incurred to FACET, there will be a $25 service fee for cancelations prior to May 12, 2011.This will be deducted from any refund due. Cancellations after that date will NOT be refunded.
